The County Convention will be held in accordance with the rules of the Republican Party. Delegates and Alternates must have registered in advance to attend and have attended their precinct meeting.

On the day of the convention, check-in & credentials will open at 10:45 AM. At this time, Delegates and Alternates must check in and pick up packet to vote.

Check-in closes at 11:45 AM. No Delegate/ Alternate will be credentialed after check-in closes.

The convention will start promptly at 12 Noon.

Only Delegates/Alternates and BCRP invited guests are permitted to attend, no exceptions. This is a private event in a facility rented by the Beaufort County Republican Party, a private organization.
