This month's speaker is Kurt Specht, Regional Representative (similar area as Tom Davis) for the Convention of States. COS is a National Movement, calling for a National Convention, under Article V, of the Constitution of the United States of America. Such a Convention of States (COS), is restricted to proposing only amendments that would: impose fiscal restraints on the US Federal Government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials, and "especially on its members of Congress.”

The $25 lunch menu includes the meal, beverage, tax, and tip. Menus are given to attendees at the check-in/arrival table, near the meeting room area. The menu fee also includes the use of their facility for our meeting room.
